OSU assign the INSPQ, free of charge, a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence permitting the production, reproduction, adaptation, modification, transformation, translation, execution or public representation, publishing and communication by telecommunication of the Work carried out within the scope of the present agreement, for the purpose of integrating the schema in the Quebec nosocomial infections committee's guidelines on the use of respiratory filters in anesthesia. This licence is assigned without territorial boundaries and without limitation in time.

OSU declares to INSPQ that they hold all the copyrights allowing them to carry out this agreement and, in particular, to assign the copyright licence provided in the present agreement. They shall act as warrantor for INSPQ against any recourse, legal proceedings, claim or application concerning the subject of these warranties.

OSU agrees to compensate and take up the INSPQ defence against any recourse, legal proceeding, claim or application concerning the subject of these warranties.
